Erica offers monthly weekend workshops September-May.

These Lîla Yoga Workshops are open to all levels of experience, and are amazing opportunities to deepen your studies and practice in the beautiful setting of the Zendo.

You can pick and choose which Workshops to attend or complete all the workshops and receive Teacher Certification.

  • Cost: $150 for both days or $75 for one
