Starting January 5, my classes are moving to a new location.

I have set up a Lîla Yoga Studio!!

located across the street from the Library

This weekend starting the 24th of October, I will be teaching a workshop at the O-An-Zendo focusing on the Anatomy of the Yoga, both physically and energetically. The course will last 5 hours each day, which includes a 3 hour Asana practice.

O-An Zendo is a zen meditation and spiritual center in Happy Valley near State College, Pennsylvania (technically in Julian, PA). The address is 1 Endless Circle, Julian PA.
