I was thinking about the body. I was thinking about the pleasure that comes from moving our bodies. So potent is it, that many of us stay clear of it. I know we feel some exhilaration after exercise but there is something unique about letting ourselves dance. When we practice yoga, we dance. Our sensual self is summonsed and helps us remember a sensibility unchanged by age.

located across the street from the Library

  • Mondays 10-11am
  • Tuesdays 5:30pm
  • Wednesdays 5:30-7pm
  • Fridays 4pm

I will offer class cards and drop in rate.
